Overdressy long dress - Size 40/44

Ecru — and transparency as architecture.

Entirely hand-crocheted in my French workshop. Overdressy is constructed in two distinct sections — an upper yoke with alternating horizontal bands (dense tight stitch, small oval mesh, large oval mesh), a round neck with picot scalloped edge, and short sleeves with the same scalloped edge.

Full body in very large hexagonal mesh stitch — each perfect hexagon with X-shaped cross-bracing, completely transparent, with absolute regularity.

Lower band in diamond mesh, with a scalloped fan/shell stitch border at the bottom. Straight, slightly fitted cut, maxi length, identical front and back.

To layer — or to wear alone, with whatever you dare underneath.
