There are sweaters that light up a room before a word is even spoken. Luminoso is one of them.

Multicolor horizontal stripes that flow with absolute generosity and joy—bright red, vibrant turquoise, fuchsia pink, sun orange, mint green, soft cream, lemon yellow. An unapologetic rainbow palette, worn with the natural elegance of handmade crochet, transforming each colored band into a joyful, uninhibited statement. At the bottom, a multicolored scalloped trim finishes the piece with the precision of a lacemaker.

Entirely handmade in my French workshop, Luminoso is a short-sleeve sweater made of pure cotton. The stitches alternate between tight, textured bands at the top—which structure and color—and openwork filet stitches towards the bottom, which lighten the silhouette and allow the skin to breathe. The cut is loose and relaxed, with dropped short sleeves that naturally adorn the shoulder. The wide and generous boat neck gracefully clears the neck.

Luminoso can be worn with beige jeans, white shorts, flowing trousers—it needs nothing else to stand out. It is the central piece of the look, the one around which everything else is organized. It travels well, is hand-washed at 30°C, dried flat, and regains its shape and colors every time.
