Refund policy

Cachalabibi has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note that any item ordered on the www.vetements-au-crochet.shop website can be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted and the refund made, decide whether or not to purchase a new item.
Once your first purchase has been refunded, you are free to place another order on the website, but you are under no obligation to do so.

14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Cachalabibi will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and Cachalabibi will let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the buyer.
Cachalabibi will refund the full purchase price if the returned item does not have :

• Any odour (perfume, sweat, cigarettes, cleaning products, etc.).
• Any damage (pulled threads, stains, burns, make-up and foundation, etc.).
