Handmade Crocheted Alinéa Short-Sleeved Sweater

Multicolor vertical stripes on a sand background — sun yellow, emerald green, soft coral, cream white — rise from the bottom of the sweater to the round neckline with a precision and cheerfulness that immediately bring a smile. A designer's palette, conceived as a pictorial composition, where each color finds its place and its breath.

Entirely handmade by crochet in my French workshop, Alinéa is a short-sleeved sweater made of pure cotton — light, breathable, soft against the skin. The openwork stitch allows air to circulate while giving relief and depth to each colored band. The cut is straight and relaxed, with dropped short sleeves that naturally adorn the shoulder. The round neckline, generous without being low-cut, softly frames the face.

Alinéa can be worn with high-waisted pants — beige linen, white jeans, tailored shorts — for a complete and effortless summer look. It also slips under a light jacket for evenings when the temperature is uncertain. It travels well, is hand washed at 30°, dries flat, and regains its shape without ever losing its shine.
