Vestita — The creation
The heart is the most universal symbol humanity has ever drawn.
Before writing, before alphabets, before languages — the heart. It can be found carved on Neolithic pottery, embroidered on wedding dresses across all continents, tattooed on skin for millennia.
It transcends cultures, eras, borders. It always says the same thing, in all languages: I feel.
Vestita — the dressed one, the clothed one — chose this symbol.
And she doesn't whisper it. She proclaims it.
The construction begins in light: the luminous ecru/ivory large square mesh net background unfurls its openwork pattern across the entire dress — transparent, geometric, precise.
On this immaculate background, large, vivid red hearts in dense, highly embossed tight stitch emerge. Asymmetrical. Random. Everywhere.
As if they had grown there, spontaneously, without a pre-established plan — because feelings cannot be planned.
The round neck with its wide ecru ribbed border gently frames. The short, puffed cap sleeves in identical square mesh add that unexpected volume that transforms the silhouette.
The wide ecru ribbed band at the waist structures without constricting.
The openwork diamond stitch band at the bottom and the wide ecru ribbed border finish the piece with coherence — everything echoes, everything balances.
Vestita can be worn with red pumps for total audacity, black ankle boots for graphic contrast, nude sandals to let the hearts speak for themselves.
It's the dress for Valentine's Day — and for all the other days when you want to say something without opening your mouth.
