Pasteline — The creation

Pastel green. The color of in-between – between white and green, between winter and summer, between softness and assertiveness.

Pastel is often misunderstood.
It is thought to be timid, understated, without character.
Pasteline proves the opposite.
This particular green has a presence – subtle, but certain. It doesn't impose itself. It settles in.

The dense openwork grid stitch constructs the piece with precise geometric rigor – each square of the mesh a decision, each open stitch a breath.
The resulting transparency is calculated, controlled, never accidental. On Pasteline's pastel green, it creates a depth effect that gives the color an additional dimension.

The high neckline and the halter neck tied at the nape structure the front with firm elegance.

And at the back – completely bare, sublimated by a decorative pastel green bow – the piece reveals its true nature: an architecture designed to be seen from the back as much as from the front.
This bow is not a detail. It is the signature.

The scalloped shell border at the bottom completes the creation with that gentle precision that is the hallmark of the atelier.

Pasteline is worn with white jeans for the clarity of contrast, with ecru trousers for the harmony of soft tones, with a long ivory skirt for the fluidity of the ensemble.

Pasteline because the woman who wears it knows that softness is not a weakness.

Entirely hand-crocheted in my French workshop.
