Payments are processed by Shopify Payments, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified platform (the highest level of security).
Installment Payments
For orders over €100, you can benefit from payment in 2, 3, or 4 installments via Alma, PayPal, or Shop Pay if you meet the eligibility conditions.
This option is offered to you during checkout.
Installment Payments with Alma
I offer you the convenience of installment payments (2, 3, or 4 times with your credit card) with my French partner company ALMA.This payment facility is available for any order amounting from €50 up to €2,000.
Payment security is ensured by Alma and its service providers.
Alma is a remote payment manager that issues an electronic certificate as proof of your purchase amount and transaction date, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 1316 et seq. of the Civil Code.
All payments are protected by 3D Secure.

Installment Payments with PayPal
Select this payment type, then simply log in to your PayPal account and you will see a 4X Payment option if the purchase is eligible.
If it is, request 4X Payment by following the steps, get an instant response, and complete your purchase.
4X Payments are available for eligible cart values between €50 and €2,000.
Invoicing
An invoice will be automatically sent to you by email upon confirmation of your order. You can also find it in your customer area.

Questions
What currencies are accepted?
All prices are displayed in euros (€) including VAT, with French taxes included for French speakers, and in US dollars ($) including VAT for English speakers.
Are purchases secure?
Please note that all your data (first and last name, credit card number, expiration date, and security code) is fully encrypted and protected by the HTTPS protocol.
Can there be verifications to validate my purchases?
Yes, your bank or the 3D Secure system may ask you to validate your purchase on your smartphone by confirming a code received via SMS to ensure that you are indeed the originator.
When will payment be debited?
Payment is immediate as soon as it has been accepted by the bank or PayPal.
For payment received by check, the processing time may be a little longer (1 to 2 days), and your order will only be shipped after payment validation.
Can I return my items if I paid with Alma?
Cachalabibi's return policy applies to all purchases, regardless of the payment method. If your order or part of your order is returned, in accordance with our return policy, this will trigger the refund procedure as for any purchase. The monthly payments already made will be refunded to you, and your future direct debits will be canceled.
