Lavanda — The creation

Lavender grows in Provence, on the limestone plateaus of the Luberon and the Verdon, in that particular light of the south of France that makes everything both more intense and softer.
In July, when the fields are in bloom, the landscape becomes an abstraction — violet lines on an ochre background, under a sky of an almost white blue.
And the scent that rises in the afternoon heat is one of the most evocative scents there is — it speaks of summer, it speaks of Provence, it speaks of something ancient and familiar.

Lavanda carries that softness — in its most luminous version.

The openwork mesh stitch unfurls its network of open squares in a pale lilac with pearlescent iridescent reflections — a color that is not quite violet, not quite pink, not quite gray.
A color that changes with the light, taking on pearlescent reflections in the sun and mauve depths in the shade.
And the lurex woven into the cotton adds this extra dimension — a thread of light that runs through the piece and makes it subtly shine.

The boat neck generously reveals the shoulders. The very long and flared bell sleeves fall with absolute fluidity — they gradually widen towards the bottom, creating that soft and romantic movement that belongs as much to dance as to a stroll.

Lavanda can be worn over a dark background for dramatic contrast, over a white background for maximum lightness, with silver sandals for pearly sparkle: or with nude mules for sobriety.

Lavanda is the piece that silently seduces.
