Pescarete — Creation
There is a geometry in nature that precedes all mathematics.
The honeycombs of bees. The scales of fish. The eyes of dragonflies.
Wherever nature seeks to cover a surface with the minimum of material and the maximum of efficiency, it chooses the hexagon.
Because the hexagon is perfect — it assembles without leaving gaps, it distributes forces equally, it is both rigorous and organic.
Pescarete is built on this very geometry.
The large-mesh ecru/natural sand beige hexagonal fishnet stitch unfurls its perfect hexagons along the entire length of the dress — completely transparent, with absolute regularity, like a fisherman's net that the artisan has transformed into haute couture.
Each stitch is identical to the last.
Each hexagon responds to the next.
And yet, the whole vibrates — because the light plays differently depending on the angle, the time, the movement of the wearer.
The delicate spaghetti chain straps lightly secure the piece. The slightly plunging V-neck in front and the deep V-back create an inverted symmetry that reveals as much as it conceals.
The full-length side slit liberates movement with absolute generosity.
And the ecru beige scalloped shell/fan stitch border finishes the piece with a finesse that rewards those who look closely.
Pescarete can be worn over a nude swimsuit for total transparency, or over a beige bikini for perfect monochrome.
By the sea with flat sandals, for a summer evening with golden mules — it is the maxi dress that weighs nothing and says everything.
