Cocconoce — The creation
There are color combinations that seem impossible — until you see them together.
Mustard yellow and black are one of those improbable pairings that, once united, create an obvious harmony.
Mustard brings warmth, depth, that earthy and golden hue that evokes spices, markets, and late autumn afternoons.
Black contrasts, structures, asserts. Together, they don't neutralize each other — they reveal each other.
Cocconoce was born from this revelation.
The construction unfolds with precise architectural logic. The elaborate mustard yellow fan/pineapple stitch top yoke opens the piece with richness — complex patterns, dense texture, absolute presence.
The wide straps in diamond mesh stitch and the slightly plunging V-neckline front and back frame the silhouette with elegance.
Then the two contrasting black horizontal bands in tight stitch emerge like an architectural belt — crisp, precise, definitive.
They don't decorate. They structure.
They say: here the body begins, here it is defined.
The body, in a large openwork mustard yellow diamond mesh stitch, takes up the main color in its lightest version — transparent, airy, vibrant.
The scalloped fan/shell stitch bottom border in mustard yellow finishes the piece, echoing the yoke.
Cocconoce can be worn over a black swimsuit for total coherence, or a mustard bikini for a monochrome look.
With black sandals for graphic elegance, or natural espadrilles for casual chic.
