Bianco — The Creation
Some pieces are noticed from the front. Bianco is a piece that is noticed from the back.
White was an obvious choice. Not clinical white, but cotton white — warm, matte, slightly ivory depending on the light — one that doesn't try too hard and, precisely because of that, attracts all eyes. Bianco is born from this certainty: sobriety can be the most radical luxury.
The chosen stitch is a large-mesh hexagonal fishnet — one of the most ethereal crochet constructions.
Each hexagon fits into the next to form an open, almost immaterial network, which hints at the skin without ever fully revealing it.
The result is as light as a second layer of air. Working this stitch in pure white requires absolute regularity: the slightest irregularity is visible, with no color to conceal it.
Then comes the back.
A long central slit opens from the collar to the waist, held by two adjustable laces — one at the neckline, the other at the waist. This is not a detail: it is the soul of the piece. Depending on how they are tied, loose or tight, Bianco changes character. Modest or bold. Wise or sensual. It is the same piece, and it is another woman.
The crop cut reveals the waist.
The short cap sleeves reveal the shoulders. Bianco can be worn over a swimsuit by the sea, over a bodysuit for an evening, or over a bandeau bra for days when you just want to be effortlessly beautiful.
